REIKI's SEMINAR 1er Level.

Time: of 10:00 to 19:00 with pause to eat and the following day of 10:00 to 14:00.

SEMINAR of MEDITATION

- The first evening meditation with cavities of quartz and creative visualization.

- Following morning, therapeutic walk: trek taking I contact with the nature, conscious breathing, elongation, technologies of easing and creative visualization.

- In the evening a treatment (relaxing massage, reiki, reflexología podal or metamorphic massage) + Jacuzzi + sauna.

- Following morning the workshop apprehending on the emotions or on the losses.
